Here's a writing assignment I did a couple weeks ago, "All Hail the Hamburger":

All Hail the Hamburger

Every Sunday night the warm, smoky aroma of sizzling meat wafts through our backyard. My mouth waters at the thought of a juicy hamburger for dinner. On the grill, the pink patties sizzle and hiss as they quickly turn brown. Scrumptious and flavorful, each bite melts in my mouth. This flavorful meal is a great way to end the day.
